Bangkok-headquartered international hotel owner, operator, and investor Minor Hotels is expanding its presence in Europe and targeting “millennial-minded travellers” through its lifestyle brand Avani Hotels & Resorts.

Avani already owns one hotel located in Portugal and is planning to launch five new hotels across Europe within between two and three years. There will be one in Spain as well as two in Italy and another in Germany. A sixth hotel will be opened in the Netherlands next year.

The brand will also expand its presence across Central as well as South America with hotels in Mexico and Columbia.
