Launch of landed cluster homes by the Sinar Mas Land-Mitbana JV in BSD City, Greater Jakarta

Indonesian developer Sinar Mas Land as well as its joint venture partner Mitbana have announced Welton 7ha cluster of homes that is landed located in BSD City, Greater Jakarta. It is part of the 108ha mixed-use project called Hiera. Mitbana is a joint venture from the Japanese corporation Mitsubishi Corp and Singapore’s Surbana Jurong.

As per a press release issued by Sinar Mas Land and Mitbana the launch in the initial phase of apartments within the housing cluster that is landed has generated “strong sales” and the next sales phase is scheduled to be announced by the end of this month.

“The high demand for Welton is a sign that there is a market demand from those who want an active and integrated live-work-play space that is not in the Jakarta city center,” says Kenji Ono President Director for MC Urban Development Indonesia and director of the president of Sinar Mitbana Mas, the development company that is part of Welton.

The 291 houses that make up the cluster in Welton are built in neo-classical style and contemporary, modern interior design. “Welton strives to provide an active, urban life which is complemented by holistic wellness for its residents. It also aims to create communities and bonds in a serene and comfortable setting,” say Sinar Mas Land and Mitbana. The amenities in the housing complex include the Zen garden and a walk through the forest as well as an outdoor gym along with a park.

The houses are offered in three types of unitswhich are either three or four bedders — and come with three or two storeys, with land sizes that range between 1,054 and 3,067 sq feet. Prices start at IDR2.5 billion ($225,000).

Each home also has an open kitchen and living space, huge floor-to-ceiling windows with high-end finishes and fittings such as LED lighting that is smart, voice commands (home control) along with digital lock for the door.

Hiera is in construction stages and will be completed by 2025.
