UK developer Chalegrove Properties has launched One Thames Quay One Thames Quay, an upcoming residential tower with 48 floors located in Wood Wharf, a neighbourhood close with the Canary Wharf financial district. The project is being promoted by JLL.

One Thames Quay includes a variety of one- and three-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own balcony that offers the view at Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena as well as The River Thames, and historic Greenwich.

The 46th floor includes an Sky Gym and Sky Lounge along with two roof terraces with landscaping.
